How do I change my logo and cover image?
This isn’t editable on the Admin page. Please contact our Onboarding or Support team for assistance.
- Logo: Square format, 600 × 600 px (equal height and width)
- Cover image: Approximately 3:1 ratio, 1280 × 350 px
When will we as a venue receive the payment from MATCHi?
Every month around the 10th, we will send you a statement showing your income and expenses from MATCHi.
The payment will be transferred from our Swedish bank account on the 15th of each month.
